Literary Lady Collection

The Literary Lady Collection was inspired by the Literary Ladies book club in metropolitan St. Louis.  This club consists of twelve wonderful, kind and generous women who are true friends in every sense of the word.  Sharing each others’ life experiences…not just friends, but sisters.

When Saddleback Stables managing partner, Michael Moore, purchased the stunning chestnut filly at the Keeneland yearling sale, Maureen Moore, founder of Saddleback Chocolates, fell in love with this horse. Her kindness, strength and willingness to please inspired Maureen to name the horse Literary Lady in honor of the Literary Ladies book club.

The Literary Lady Collection includes a solid, (10oz) sculpted chocolate replica of its Thoroughbred namesake accompanied by an assortment of six dark, four milk and two white chocolate books…1 0z each.  Perfect for book club gatherings, dessert, hostess gifts and readers of all ages!
